I wanted to commit the words to paper to express how happy we are with the swimming pool your company installed. Prior to meeting you and learning about your product we were very unhappy with our backyard. We had severe grade problems and couldn't find a solution that seemed to work. Now our backyard is the first place we go to relax and entertain friends and family. Because I was there and experienced every phase of the pool's construction, from first dig to the water pouring in, I can truly say that Sean and his team with Lagoons LTD, INC. are Master Craftsman.

Dear Sean,

It has been such a pleasure working with you. When we first got the idea of putting in a pool, we tried to envision how it could possibly be done since we live on the side of a hill with a ravine running down both sides of our house and meeting in the center of the back yard.

We did not want the standard rectangular shaped pool. We wanted it to blend into the wooded-lake area that we live in. We wanted to enjoy it with our grand children and be safe. We wanted it to add value to our home. We wanted it to be engineered so there would NOT be water or drainage problems down the road. We wanted it to look natural.

Well, were we in for a surprise! You came up with such a beautiful idea for a pool, hot tub and retaining walls with water falls. Not only is it a work of art but the workmanship was engineered to take into account all the difficulties involved due to the terrain.

As each phase evolved, the next step was accomplished and completed with TLC. You dealt with any and all problem areas until they were perfected. Your talent and creative abilities surly do produce a work of art.

Our pool is the talk of the neighborhood and has become such a "conversation piece." People are amazed how the rocks look natural, like they have always been there. The beach entrance has been just perfect for our two year old grand daughter and our dog. The children sit and play in there, we adults sit and sun while being cooled by the pool water. Of course, sitting in the hot tub or under the water falls is like being at a resort.

It's been a pleasure to work with you. We not only have a beautiful new pool, but we have a good friend as well.
